Creative Expertise for Photographers
If you understand the basics of photography but wish to explore the ‘art of seeing’, then this course is for you. Learn to develop your visual literacy, overcoming visual biases to be able to see beyond what’s there. Awaken your creative potential and introduce the ‘wow’ factor into your photography. Suitable for digital and film cameras.
Requirements
- This course assumes you are already familiar with the photography basics
- Please bring writing materials and your photographic equipment with you. Also bring along your camera users manual if you have it.
- If you have a digital camera, you can provide some jpeg images for feedback on review night.
- If you have a film camera, an option is to use slide film (if your camera has ‘manual’ mode available, you will be shown how to use it during the course) or print film if you have a point-and-shoot camera with ‘auto’ mode only
- For film cameras, please bring along a 36 exposure 100 or 200 ISO slide film
