‘THE LIGHT, HEART AND SMILES OF GREECE’

A 20 Year Greek Odyssey | Photo Exhibition by Nick Melidonis

This iconic exhibition celebrates the 20th anniversary of tours to Nick’s beloved homeland. It is a special, retrospective collection of Nick’s finest images over the years (both film and digital), depicting the spectacular beauty of Greece and the heart of its people.

Nick has been proudly leading tours to Greece and the Greek Islands for two decades and has introduced hundreds of people to this extraordinary paradise.

The body of work showcases the stunning landscapes of Greece and its famed jewel islands; the impossible colours of its waters; the distinctive monuments, churches and monasteries and the alluring smiles and warmth of its people. It is probably the largest single collection of professionally produced images of Greece currently in Australia and would be a valuable resource during the celebrations of Greece's 200th anniversary of its Independence.

Many of these images have won national and international awards and will be large, colour and black and white; fine art prints, expertly printed by the leading photographic lab in Perth.

The exhibition will be opened by the Greek Consul and AIPP Grand Master Tony Hewitt and opens on Friday June 25th - July 4th 2021 at PSAS Gallery

Nick is seeking support to run this exhibition and has already had pledges from friends and some of the business people from the Australian and Greek Communities.  All sponsors names will appear at the exhibition as an acknowledgement of their generous contribution.  If you wish to be a sponsor and be part of this historic event by pledging $2,000; you will receive in return four large fine-art prints of your choice from the exhibition’s collection; which you can choose prior to the opening. These large, attractive artworks will be specially printed for the sponsor to frame and can be custom printed up to A1 size (841 mm on the longest side).

Sizes for sponsors to consider: A1 (size as above), A2 (420 x 594 mm) and A3+ (329 X 483 mm)

Please quote the photo number of the image when ordering.

A suggested selection of the top images is available for potential sponsors and supporters to view on line and is depicted as a framed print in the web gallery. As the exhibition will be held in December, the fine-art prints will also make treasured Xmas presents or striking additions to a boardroom, office or home.
